"So I switched agents over to Kathy from a different agent, because after my storm damage the other agent, it was not as compassionate about the storm damage, as she should have been so I switched to kathy first time.I show up at cathy's go in the door she's in the back room screams out.I only have fifteen minutes.Gotta be out of here in fifteen minutes.Mind you, it was just a little after three. She finally comes out, explains to me. She only has 15 minutes because she's going to homecoming. She has previous commitments, maybe she should have had her door locked and is signed, and then proceeds to look on her computer. Tell me she doesn't have files yet. She was incredibly rude and short with me. Taking her problem of running late and making it my problem. Then, chewed me out for not having an appointment. An appointment, I need to make an appointment to pay a bill. Maybe she should hire more staff. She was horrible a horrible person. I'm sorry, state farm should want my business.But yeah, this woman made me feel like, oh my god, I should be privileged to be in her office.I would not ever use her as an insurance.Agent, and if that's what state farm wants to hire, that's a strike against them"

"Wish I could give negative stars. She is a nasty person. I dropped State Farm and went elsewhere for insurance because of her nasty demeanor. She acts like she is better than everyone. I've seen her be rude to postal employees making deliveries and heard her talk down to customers on the phone. Find another agent for your insurance."

"Kathy Hayden is a horrible horrible HORRIBLE business professional. Speaking to her about an issue and her tone was so nasty. She would sit in silence for several seconds before answering questions. The answers she would give were robotic. She just kept saying the same answers over and over like it was scripted. I had to remind her that she’s a business professional and needs to carry herself as such during our conversation. This lady should not be running anything! And based off other reviews it’s not her first time being UNPROFESSIONAL to customers! Corporate needs to reevaluate this employee!"

"It is a negative 5 star review. I have never been treated in such an unprofessional way for absolutely no reason. I run 2 businesses and had my wife stop to ask a couple questions and Kathy Hayden ordered ger out if her office and made her cry. I stopped down at the iffice to see what had happened. She snubbed her nose at me and ordered me to leave. WOW..... I was going to get additional insurance but it will not be with state farm Kathy Hayden on pleasant st in Beloit. Complaints have been filed with corporate on her behavior."

"Worst experience I went in asking for home insurance policy for an owner occupied property and I was told by Kathy it’s no way possible to be done even though it’s my Current residence no work needs to be done, went to insurance company family insurance and got the insurance that was needed and was told by the agency that they completely don’t understand why she didn’t want to help worst experience ever felt like I was be treating wrong be that’s the world we live in…and this has NOTHING to do with your underwriting it never even got that far with paper work this was a Verbal Conversation so please save your cover up apology.. thanks"

"My mother has had state farm for 62 years, one claim on a deer hit. Now she's had wind damaged shingles ripped off her roof. State farm did nothing stay away from this agent. State farm took 6 months to answer, no. Agent is Kathy Hayden beloit. Yes,your office has been contacted scine 2021 December"
